Speed Ball BEST

DESCRIPTION

The GREEN Hill BEST model fast bulb can be used with bare hands or with simply bandaged hands.
Fixed to a rigid support, it trains the speed of the arms and the resistance of the shoulder muscles.
Choice of color: black / red with silver logo, or tricolor with black logo. Traditional boxer training tool.

Inflate to a pressure between 0.6 and 0.7 bar or by hand until hardness is reached, no more.

• Outer material: made of high quality genuine cowhide leather, Äö√Ñ√∂‚àö‚Ä † ‚àö‚àÇ‚Äö√Ñ√∂‚àö√ë‚Äö√Ñ‚Ä †;
• Inflatable bladder. Inflate the ball to a pressure of 0.7 bar. If using a hand pump, inflate to the right pressure, without overdoing it. Replacement inner tubes are available in our Amazon store;
• Use: fixed by means of a special joint to a rigid support, it trains the speed of the arms and the resistance of the shoulder muscles; once hit it bounces as a moving target for hits. Use without gloves, with bare or bandaged hands;
